Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us directly. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the consultation, you will receive a full refund, otherwise, fees may be charged. Please note that credit card processing fees will not be reimbursed. If you reschedule your appointment, your fees will be transferred to the new appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please email katie@canstartimmigration.ca, and we can reschedule your appointment.
